I will come on foot from Leiden Central Station
- Exit the station through the Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum (LUMC) exit (not the centre-side)
- Cross Bargelaan and follow the foot path (runs diagonally to the left)
- At the end, cross Albinusdreef (with LUMC on your left) and continue along Hippocratespad
- Cross the water, then turn diagonally right onto the footpath
- Continue to the traffic circle and cross Sandifortdreef
- Walk towards the Zernikedreef (to the left)
- After a few metres you will reach the main building of Leiden University of Applied Sciences at Zernikedreef 11
I will come by bus
From Leiden Station you can take bus 221 or 43. Alight at stop Zernikedreef. View current travel information on 9292.nl.
I will come by car
The easiest way to get to Leiden University of Applied Sciences is via the A44 motorway. At the transferium, take the Leiden 8b exit. At the end of the exit, take the N206 towards Leiden Centrum. Continue for approximately 1 kilometre and turn left at Naturalis onto the Darwinweg. At the roundabout you will see Leiden University of Applied Sciences on your left. Turn right onto the Sandifortdreef and then left onto the Wassenaarseweg. At the first roundabout, turn left onto the Sylviusweg. The entrance to the university car park is on your left.
Accessibility & parking
If you come by car, there are several options for parking.
Parking in the car park
Parking is only available for visitors who have registered in advance. The only access for cars is via Sylviusweg/Wassenaarseweg. Here you will find the car park and a footpath leading to the main entrance and the H/J building.
Cars parked outside the parking bays on the campus cause unsafe situations. To ensure the safety and accessibility of the university, these improperly parked cars will be towed away by University of Applied Sciences Leiden.
