Your first point of contact
Have a question, request, complaint, or a laptop issue? Or are you simply lost? The Service Desk staff are ready to assist you.
Besides the physical desk located in the main building (F0.24), there's also a Digital Service Desk where you can submit your queries at any time. You'll learn more about this when you start your studies.

Need a break? Then retreat to the quiet rooms and recharge your batteries.
You will find them on the first floor of building section E. You can pick up the key at the Service Desk.
