Introduction

In research projects a lot of data is created and used. It is desired or even required that this data remains available for further research. In practice data often gets lost. To address this problem the FAIR principles are advocated by the GO-FAIR Foundation. Research data should be Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable. FAIR Data Stewards work with researchers to help them make research data FAIR. In this online course you will get an introduction to the knowledge and skills required to work as a data steward. This course will be hosted in the Microsoft Teams environment of the Hogeschool Leiden.

For whom
This course is intended for people who want to work as a data steward in a research environment or are intimately involved at data stewardship.

Unfortunately the maximum of participants has been reached for this course. The next course will start early next year.
